With a nod to the movie Napoleon Dynamite (which I haven't seen) I'd like to also express my fondness for tater tots. They're awesome! I like them more than french fries. Whenever a burger gets ordered, wouldn't it be nice to be asked: "Would you like tater tots with that?"
P.S. - I like hash browns too.

That restaurant near my house, The Vortex, which was featuring on Man Vs. Food offers Tater Tots with all their burgers. Good food. I usually have a bag in the freezer at all times.
ReplyDeleteI read online that tater tots were first created so as not to waste the excess shavings from making fries. 'Burger and tots' has a ring to it, doesn't it? Maybe it will catch on someday...
